Music director Pritam Chakraborty has reportedly fallen victim to a major theft, with around Rs 40 lakh in cash allegedly stolen from his Mumbai office. The incident was discovered recently, leading Pritam to file a police complaint. An FIR has been registered, and authorities have launched an investigation into the matter. Pritam Chakraborty’s manager has filed a complaint at Malad police station after a staff member allegedly stole ₹40 lakh from the composer’s office. The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Ashish Sayal, is currently on the run. Police have formed teams to track him down. The theft reportedly took place around 2 PM on February 4 at Pritam Chakraborty’s Goregaon-based music studio, Unimus Record Pvt. Ltd. Aarushi alleged that she was cheated by the accused of Rs. 4 crores after being promised a role in the upcoming Bollywood movie. The complaint states that Aarushi Nishank met Mansi Bagla and Varun Bagla and they asked her to invest Rs. 5 crores in Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan. In return, they promised her a significant role in the film and also a profit.
