The Boxing Debut Of Manchester United Icon Patrice Evra Has Been Postponed Due To A Cancellation Of A Celebrity Event

Due to a schedule difficulty, Patrice Evra's professional boxing debut has been postponed. Evra was a former Manchester United player who died in a car accident. It had been planned for him to make his professional debut later this month on the undercard of Martyn Ford's heavyweight match against Sajad Gharibi, also known as the Iranian Hulk, which was slated to take place later this month. The fight, on the other hand, was postponed. In the competition, which took place on April 30 at the O2 Arena in London, Evra was supposed to compete against social media personality Adam Saleh. Boxstar, however, has announced that the main event has been postponed until further notice as a result of the collapse of the main event. It was confirmed by the celebrity boxing organisation in an official statement issued on Sunday, which can be found here. "Boxstar regrets to inform you that the event scheduled on April 30 has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. The announcement follows the postponement of the main event match earlier this week due to scheduling issues. "For the event and its fans, losing such a large (in every sense of the word) major event would be catastrophic, and we can understand why. "As a result, we have chosen to postpone the event scheduled for April 30 rather than proceeding with it as scheduled. We recognise that this is a difficult decision to be forced to make. The event will be cancelled on April 30 and everybody who purchased tickets will be eligible for a full refund of their ticket purchase." Evra has been training incredibly hard in preparation for his boxing debut against Saleh, after announcing his retirement from professional football in 2019. Evra declared his retirement from professional football in 2019. "I'm incredibly excited to engage for the first time in my life in a boxing contest," the former Manchester United defender said in a statement to Boxstar about his intention to pursue the sport earlier this year. "I've always had a tremendous regard for individuals who box," he added. Throughout the build-up to the bout, the former Manchester United defender shared a lot of videos of himself sparring on his social media pages. Power and strength are crucial, but so are strategy and ability - in this way, it's similar to playing the game of chess.
