Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have sold three residential properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a cumulative amount of Rs. 6.75 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards. All transactions were registered in May 2025, as per data from the official website of the Inspector General of Registration, Maharashtra. The properties are located in premium residential buildings across Andheri West, a bustling real estate hub in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The locality is known for its excellent connectivity through roads, suburban rail, and the metro network, and is situated close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Its proximity to key commercial areas such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), SEEPZ, and Lower Parel makes it a prime residential choice for working professionals. Oscar-winning writer and director Robert Benton has died at the age of 92.

He won his two Academy awards for divorce drama Kramer vs Kramer. His longtime assistant and manager confirmed his death to the New York Times.

The Portable Door review – Harry Potter-ish YA fantasy carried by hardworking cast

Jeffrey Walker’s adaptation of the young-adult fantasy novel retains its edge thanks to its performances, but gets stuck on the whole door thing Adapted from Tom Holt’s 2003 young-adult fantasy novel, this is a passable attempt at kickstarting a new Harry Potter-style franchise set in a fusty-quirky institution, dosed up with extra Gilliamesque grotesquery. Co-produced by the Jim Henson Company, the production design is poky and intense, and the cast – with Christoph Waltz and Sam Neill larking it up – give it their all. But amid all this clutter, it sometimes has trouble moving its story forward.
