The response comes in the wake of escalating legal tensions between Rawal and the production team, which includes actor-producer Akshay Kumar. Kajol buys commercial property in Goregaon for Rs 28.78 crores: Report

Bollywood actress Kajol has made a notable real estate investment, purchasing a prime commercial property in Goregaon West for Rs 28.78 crore. The deal was finalized on March 6, 2025, as per property transaction records from IndexTap.com. The property, located at Bharat Arize on Linking Road, Bangur Nagar, was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures Pvt Ltd.

According to the documents, the acquired space is Shop No. 2 on the ground floor, spanning 4,365 sq. ft. The transaction includes five dedicated car parking spots. The per square foot rate for the deal stands at Rs 65,940, with Kajol paying a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore. A Lucrative Investment in Mumbai’s Growing Commercial Hub Goregaon West has emerged as a prime commercial hub in Mumbai, attracting interest from high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Kajol’s acquisition adds to the growing trend of Bollywood celebrities investing in Mumbai’s real estate market. Coming back to Kajol, speaking of her professional front, she was last seen in Do Patti. The Netflix original film also stars Kriti Sanon in a double role along with Shaheer Shaikh and Tanvi Azmi. The actress has recently shared the first look of her upcoming film, Maa.
