A look behind the scenes of the star’s second album turns out to reveal exactly what you’d expect, at arduous length Paris Hilton here presents us with an unbearable act of docu-self-love, avowedly a behind-the-scenes study of her second studio album, Infinite Icon, and where she’s at as a musician, survivor and mom. But maybe there is, in fact, nothing behind the scenes; judging by this, the scenes are all there is: Insta-exhibitionism, empty phrases and show. Hilton’s second album no doubt has its admirers and detractors, and her fans are perfectly happy with it. But this film, for which she is executive producer, is an indiscriminate non-curation of narcissism and torpid self-importance that seems to go on and on and on for ever; the longest two hours of anyone’s life, finally signing off with a splodge of uninteresting and unedited concert footage. Here’s why Karan Johar has been credited in Farrey

The opening credits of Alizeh Agnihotri’s debut film Farrey mentions Karan Johar for a special thanks. On probing a bit, I discovered that Karan played a hand in putting the project together, although he had nothing to do with it directly.

Says Alizeh’s father Atul Agnihotri who is the co-producer of the film, “When we decided to remake the Thai film Bad Genius, we were looking for someone to direct Farrey. Karan connected us to Soumendra Padhi.”

Padhi has earlier directed the highly acclaimed Manoj Bajpai starrer Budhia Singh: Born To Run which was about the child prodigy Budhia Singh who 48 marathons at a tender age of 5, He went on to attain unprecedented amounts of success when he closed a distance of 65 kms from Puri to Bhubaneshwar in a span of 7 hours and 2 minutes alone!

Incidentally, Karan Johar is very close to Alizeh’s mom Alvira.

BREAKING: Interstellar back in cinemas due to public demand; Dune: Part Two to also re-release on March 14 in IMAX

A lot of Bollywood films have re-released off late but when it comes to Hollywood, a handful of classics have had a re-run in cinemas. Last month, Interstellar re-released and received a rocking response. However, it just had a one-week run. If you missed watching the cult film in cinemas, here’s a reason for you to rejoice. The film will be back on the big screen on March 14, that too in IMAX. Moreover, Warner Bros will also bring back Dune: Part Two on the same day in theatres. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “Interstellar has a huge demand as it’s a film worth watching in theatres, that too IMAX. However, it re-released on February 7 and had to discontinued from February 14 to accommodate the new releases, Chhaava and Captain America: Brand New World.
