Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan and his father, filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, have sold three residential properties in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a cumulative amount of Rs. 6.75 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by real estate platform Square Yards. All transactions were registered in May 2025, as per data from the official website of the Inspector General of Registration, Maharashtra. The properties are located in premium residential buildings across Andheri West, a bustling real estate hub in the western suburbs of Mumbai. The locality is known for its excellent connectivity through roads, suburban rail, and the metro network, and is situated close to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. The couple shared several photographs of themselves dressed in costume on Instagram, highlighting the difference between his conservatively patterned orange matching set and her daring, midriff-baring white one. Every year for Halloween, the family goes all out, and throughout the years, they have worn a variety of themed group and partner costumes. Jeffrey Walker’s adaptation of the young-adult fantasy novel retains its edge thanks to its performances, but gets stuck on the whole door thing Adapted from Tom Holt’s 2003 young-adult fantasy novel, this is a passable attempt at kickstarting a new Harry Potter-style franchise set in a fusty-quirky institution, dosed up with extra Gilliamesque grotesquery.
