Beast review – down-and-out MMA fighter film is predictable but still lands punches

Directed by Tyler Atkins and co-written by Russell Crowe, this Australian feature follows a familiar playbook – but you’ll find yourself surprisingly invested Ah, yes: the promising fighter who could’ve been a contender, could’ve been a champion. But then life intervened: bad decisions were made, promises broken, the wrong paths taken. But what if the past came knocking on his door? What if our long-in-the-tooth hero could have another crack, set things right, get in the ring one more time? To say that Tyler Atkins’ Australian martial arts drama Beast plucks moves from a well-worn playbook is putting it lightly. This is one of those genre films in which nothing surprises in broad terms; it’s the small pivots and deviations that matter. The Five-Year-Old Dream Kardashian, A Child Of Blac Chyna And Rob Kardashian, Has Already Started Kindergarten

On Tuesday, the young child's mother posted a sweet photo of her little replica heading to school in a checkered uniform to Instagram. Dream, the 5-year-old daughter of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian, has begun kindergarten. "dream's First Day in Kindergarten" Proud parent moment," Chyna, 34, wrote as the comment for the image. The child was wearing a white peplum top, a blue plaid skirt, and a navy cardigan in the photo, and one follower said, "So gorgeous." In addition to a headband that fitted her outfit, Dream accessorized with a set of white knee socks and a set of Nike shoes. Another follower said, "Oh god have a nice day, gorgeous," and a third added, "[she] seems very much like Rob." The adorable Kardashian child was previously photographed spending time with his cousins Penelope Disick, 10, Chicago West, 4, and True Thompson, 4. A picture of the gang, which featured Kim and Khloé Kardashian supporting North West, 9, at a basketball game, was posted at the time by a family friend named Natalie Halcro. Head north! The joyful photo was posted by Halco. In June, Dream took a trip with Khloé and True to give some neighborhood firemen a wonderful surprise. The "Kardashians" star posted pictures of the girls' visit to Station 125 of the Los Angeles County Fire Department on Instagram. "Speaking about adorable! It has been a custom for the girls to treat the courageous and wonderful firefighters to ice cream a few times a year," Khloé wrote the picture. The post also included a video of the cousins choosing ice cream at the grocery shop. They enjoy visiting the firehouse and getting to know the firefighters. Dream was born to Chyna and her former fiancé Rob in November 2016. The continuing revenge porn case between the separated ex-couples was ultimately resolved early this year.
