BREAKING: Mumbai Police files FIR against Dhurandhar The Revenge location manager for flying drone in high security Fort area of South Mumbai without permission

A few days ago, leaked images from the sets of Dhurandhar The Revenge dropped online and quickly spread like wildfire. The images featured Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Rampal shooting in South Mumbai’s Ballard Estate. The locality can also be seen being transformed into Karachi’s Lyari locality. However, two days ago, the shoot was abruptly halted by the Mumbai Police for flying a drone without permission. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, a First Information Report (FIR) was filed against location manager Rinku Rajpal Valmiki under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for “knowingly disobeying lawful orders from officials”. The FIR mentioned that the crew used drones but did not have permission. What added to the seriousness, as per the report, was that Fort is considered a high-security area of the city. Transfer of subjects of acclaimed film about inhumane prison conditions described as ‘straight-up retaliation’ The Alabama prison system has moved three well-known incarcerated activists who supported a 2022 prison strike and were featured in an Oscar-nominated documentary about the troubled system to isolated cells with little contact with others, family members and attorneys said. Family members of the three men said they fear for their loved ones’ safety and are concerned the moves to solitary confinement are a form of retaliation for outspokenness about problems within the prison system. Robert Earl Council, Melvin Ray and Raoul Poole were transferred two weeks ago from their existing prisons to solitary confinement at the Kilby correctional facility outside Montgomery, their lawyers said. Border 2 director Anurag Singh clarifies lighting issues, says corrections are underway

While almost every component of Border 2 is being widely praised, a section of critics and audiences has expressed dissatisfaction with the dim lighting in the film’s climactic battle sequences. Addressing the concern, director Anurag Singh explains, “The climax is not meant to be dark. It is set in the evening, but I think due to projection issues, it feels darker in some cinemas. In most theatres, it appears fine.” Anurag confirms that corrective measures are already underway. “We have sent out a mail to all theatres explaining how to address this issue.
